Importing your products into MeetRibbon is now easier than ever! Follow these simple steps to get your products up and selling.
Bulk Import Products into MeetRibbon
Prepare Your Product CSV File
Make sure your CSV file is ready and the headers match the required format.
Login into your MeetRibbon account
Go to the Collection tab > Click on Edit Profile > Select Import Items
Or
From your Workdesk's Products Tab, click Add Products, then Bulk Import
Drag and drop or click to browse and select your CSV file > Click Start Import
Products will take approximately 15-30 minutes to load. You can Check the status on the Progress Bar.
Once the import is complete, Click the Drafts tab to review any errors.
If there are any issues, you’ll see those products listed under Products Contain Errors
Make the necessary corrections directly on the platform and save your changes.
Export Errors: You can also export the products with errors to a CSV file. This file will have the errors listed in the last column. Make your corrections in bulk, then re-upload the corrected file.
Requirements and Must Fixes
To ensure your products are imported successfully, please ensure your file meets these guidelines:
SKU: The SKU field cannot be blank. Ensure each product has a unique SKU. Including variants.
Minimum Quantity: The ‘Min Quantity’ field is not empty. If you don't have a minimum, use a default value like “1”.
Wholesale Pricing: Every product and variant needs to have a wholesale price. Make sure this field is filled out.
Variants: Each variant (like different sizes or colors) should have a unique SKU and Wholesale Pricing
