Duplicate products are not allowed in Ribbon. If you're updating the name or SKU of an existing product, you must either delete that product first, or make your updates by editing your product manually. If you attempt to make those changes using the CSV upload, the system will think you're accidentally creating a duplicate and it will show this error:

If you're updating more than a few product names or SKUs at once we recommend deleting your collection and re-uploading the whole thing. This will ensure the changes go through without any hiccups.
