There are many way you can make edits to your territories. You can rename territories, You can delete or add new sub territories, and you can assign reps to your sub territories.
- In your workdesk click on Territories
Renaming Territories
- Click Add or edit Territory in top right of the screen
- Click in the territory name you want to change
- Update the name
- Click Save
Deleting Sub Territories
If you need to make major changes to a sub territory, it may be easier to delete the existing sub territory and starting fresh.
Warning: Once you delete a sub territory all the zip codes contained within will be lost. There is no undo function for this action once you click Save. If you delete a sub territory on accident click Cancel at the top right of the screen to bring the sub territories back.
- Click Add or edit Territory
- Click the x next to the sub territory you want to delete
- Click Save (see note above)
Editing Sub Territories
- Choose the Sub Territory you want to edit
- Click Edit Sub Territory in the next screen
- Deleting zip codes
- Click the x next to the zip code (see warning above)
- Click Save
- Adding zip codes
- Click Edit Sub territory
- Enter zip codes into the box
- For multiple zip codes, separate with commas
- Note: You can also copy and paste a list of zip codes as long as they are separated with commas.
- Hit enter to load the zip codes (each zip will now have a bubble around it)
- Click Save to save the zip codes
Edit Assigned Rep
- Click the sub territory you want to edit
- Click Assign Reps in the upper right corner to brin up the assign rep screen
- Edit the rep for the sub territory by clicking the drop down menu and choosing the new rep.
Note: The previous rep will no longer have visibility of the order for this territory. Also, the new rep will have visibility for all previous orders place in the territory.
