Can I Add a Custom Item to a Purchase Order?

Yes, you can add a custom item to a purchase order. Here’s how:

1. Open the Order HQ

While working on an order in Order HQ, click on Create Custom SKU.

2. Enter Custom Item Details

A pop-up window will appear where you can input the details of the custom item, including the SKU, price, quantity, and description.

 

3. Add the Item

Once you’ve filled in all the necessary information, click Add to include the custom item in the order.
