You can modify orders that have been submitted, as long as the order has not been fully fulfilled or canceled. Follow these steps to make changes:
1. Locate the Order
Go to your Workdesk and find the order you want to revise.
2. Open the PO Review Screen
Click on the PO# associated with the order to access the PO Review screen.
3. Revise the Order
Click the Revise Order button to modify the order as needed. You can update product quantities, add or remove items, or make other necessary adjustments.
4. Save Your Changes
Once you’ve finished editing the order, you have two options to save your changes:
- Save & Send Updates: This will send a confirmation of the changes to both the exhibitor and the buyer.
- Cancel Changes: If you want to discard the edits, simply click on Cancel Changes.
Important Note:
You cannot edit orders that have been fully fulfilled or canceled.
