Upload product images to Ribbon's Assets Cloud and downloading a file with image URL links

Ribbon uses image URL links to display product images on your site. If the images are already hosted you can use those links in your product file (see how to do that here)

Uploading images to Ribbon's server

• Begin by logging into your Ribbon URL (companyname.meetribbon.com).
• Click on your initials in the upper right corner
  • Then click on Workdesk

•  

• Click Manage Assets 
• Select your vendor and click Upload Image

• Drag and drop your images
  • Highly recommended image names match the SKU for the corresponding item
    • This will make it easier to match image URLs with corresponding item in product file  
  • .jpg is recommended file type
  • Recommended image size is 500x500

• Return to the previous screen
  • click Export to download a CSV with image URLs

• Use this CSV file to match up image URLs to products in CSV Product File
