Completing Partially Fulfilled Orders (Backorders)

For Backorders, go back into the PO and click on Process Payment again.

This will open up a Receive Payment pop-up where you will be able to see the 'Previously Charged' amount, and charge the balance, plus any shipping you wish to add.

You can process credit card charges backorders as many times as you need, until you exhaust the order Subtotal amount originally authorized by the buyer. A new shipping cost can be added to each backorder amount.
