Ribbon supports 50+ Gateways in 240+ Countries. Yet, there's a chance you may not find your Gateways in this List.
Don't despair. You have a few options:
1. Find out if your Card processor uses one of the Supported Gateways
if you don't see your Gateway on the list, you may dismiss it as "Oh shucks, my gateway isn't available." However, what you may learn is that only your Card Processor isn't on the list, but your Gateway is available. There is a difference. Think of a gateway as simply a device to swipe the card. The tokenized card is then passed on to the processor.
Sometimes the processor and gateway are the same. But you will be surprised how often they are separate. For example, a processor like Payroc will use Authorize.net as its Gateway (alongside 10 others). So check with your processor. They probably have integrations with multiple Gateways. Don't believe it? check out Payroc's list
2. Check if your merchant ID supports one of these?
3. Check if your processor has an Out-of-the-Box connector
Your processor may already provide a choice of third-party integrations with one of the Gateways on our list. For example, Quickbooks uses Quickbooks Payments as the Gateway but can also integrate with Authorize.net through a connector like Connex. This process will save a lot of integration time.
4. Ask about a custom integration
We are continuously working with our Gateway partners to add more Gateways to the list based on demand. Enquire with our team about the time and cost of custom integration. Once integrated, you will be able to use the Gateway across all Ribbon platforms.
