After importing your products from Shopify, you might want to enhance your listings with filters like Color, Material, Room, Origin, or assign specific categories to help buyers browse your products more easily. These fields do not sync from Shopify and must be added manually after import.
This guide walks you through how to export your product data, fill in those fields, and re-upload it.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Click the Agency Logo (Top Left Corner)
From anywhere on the platform, click your agency’s logo in the upper left to go to your profile view.
- Go to the “Collection” Tab
Once you’re on your profile, click the Collection tab at the top of the page.
- Click “Edit Profile”
On the right side of the page, click the Edit Profile button. - Click “Export Items”
Click the Export Items button. This will download a CSV of your currently published items. -
Open the File & Scroll Right
In the spreadsheet, scroll to the right to find the editable filter columns:

Color

Room
-
Origin
-
Material
-
Values
-
Collection
-
Type ← used for Category > Subcategory
-
-
Update the Filters and Categories
Fill in the filter values as needed.
In the Type column, use the format:
Category > Subcategory
⚠️ Important: - Each platform has its own set of approved Level 1 (main) categories.
- You must choose a Level 1 category from your platform and then add your subcategory after the > sign.
Example Entries:
Home Decor>Vases
Jewelry>Bracelets
Apparel>Dresses -
Save the File as CSV UTF-8

Return to the Same Page and Click “Import Items”
Upload your updated file using the Import Items button.
- Check Your Collection Page
Once uploaded, your filters and categories will be updated and visible on your published collection. These changes may take a few minutes to reflect.
