The Copy Notes From Account button is a feature on the Order Review page that will allow you to quickly add to a PO any notes that are associated with an account and saved on the account profile, such as a UPS or FedEx number, etc.
First, the notes will need to be added to the account. In order to do this, go to the Users section of your Workdesk. You can also use the search bar at the top to locate the account and then click the Edit button, next to the account name.
Once in the Edit Account window, you can add any information in the Notes field and click Update to save it.
Once you have saved information in an account's Notes section, it will always be there for you to quickly and easily add to the account's orders by simply clicking the Copy Notes From Account button.
