How do I start an order?

Once you log onto Ribbon, you will arrive at a landing page showing all the Brands represented by the rep agency. You can click on any brand to be directed to their Brand page. On the Brand page you will be able to view 3 separate pages:

• Brand Landing Page - this contains a brand description, product highlights and lookbook/catalog pdf
• Brand Collection Page - this contains all the brand’s products
• Brand Terms - this contains details such as opening and reorder minimums, terms & accepted methods of payment,  estimated ship time and return policy.

To start your order you can browse the Brand Collection page and add items to your cart. Items in Brand Collections pages are displayed according to the minimum order quantities set by the Brand and will be automatically increased in those multiples.

As you add items to your cart, it will be displayed on the right side of your screen, grouped by Brand. For your convenience, each brand’s order summary will display the minimum order required by the brand or a note indicating the minimum has been met.
