Draft refers to an order that is in the process of being written, either by you (the Buyer) or a Sales Rep you may be working with. To edit a Draft order, first you will need to locate it.
Navigate to your Orders page by clicking on Orders.
This will direct you to your Orders page. You can use the PO status dropdown filter to select the Draft status from the specified status (All Status, Closed, Cancelled, Fulfilled, Draft, HFC, Confirmed, Partially Fulfilled, In-Progress). You may also specify a date range by using the Date filter.
Once you have located your Draft Order, open the Purchase Order detailed view by clicking on the PO# or View PO and Click the Edit Items icon at the top of your Items list.
This will open the Gallery view of the Brand's product collection and your Draft order will appear on the right side of the screen. You can scroll through the items in the Gallery view and continue to add products to your draft purchase order.
