Welcome to our step-by-step guide on setting up your Shopify beta integration with MeetRibbon. Follow the instructions below and watch our video tutorial to make the process seamless and straightforward.
Currently, the integration is limited to Shopify stores with the main currency in USD. We are working to expand it to more currencies in a future update.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Setting Up in Shopify
1. Log into your Shopify admin settings.
•Click on Apps and Sales Channels on your left menu.
•Select Develop Apps.
2. Create an App.
•If this is your first time developing an app, you may need to allow custom app development.
•Click Create an App.
•Add the app name (something easy for you to recognize) and click Create an App.
3. Configure Storefront API Scopes.
•In the Overview tab of your new app, click on Configure Storefront API Scopes.
•Select the three customer and four product scopes.
•Click Save.
4. Install the App.
•Click on the clipboard to copy your Storefront API access token.
Step 2: Integrating with MeetRibbon
1. Log into your MeetRibbon Workdesk.
•Click on the Integrations tab.
2. Paste your API access token and add your Shopify store URL.
•If you’re unsure of your Shopify URL, find it in your Shopify settings under Domains. It is the URL formatted with storename.myshopify.com.
•Click Connect. Your integration is now set up.
Step 3: Importing Products from Shopify
1. Go to your Products tab in MeetRibbon.
•Click on Import from Shopify.
•Follow the prompts to import your products. You can select all products or specific products by selecting a tag.
2. Adjust Pricing.
•If you’re using retail pricing, you can calculate your wholesale pricing based on your markup.
3. Edit and Publish Your Products.
•Once imported, products will be in drafts.
•Make any necessary changes, edit variants, and add categories or filters.
•Select the products you want to publish. Your products are now live and ready to sell.
Troubleshooting:
Q: What if my products don’t sync?
A: Make sure all products have SKUs, as products without them will not sync successfully.
