MeetRibbon classifies buyers into different statuses based on their progress through the platform. Here’s a breakdown of each status and what it means:
New
The buyer has been added but has not yet been invited to the platform.
Invited
An invitation has been sent to the buyer, but they haven’t registered yet.
Re-Invited
The buyer has been sent a follow-up invitation after the initial one.
Registered
The buyer has completed the registration process by setting up a password but has not yet logged in to the platform.
Active
The buyer has successfully logged in and is now active on the platform.
Login Failed
The buyer has attempted to log in but was unsuccessful. In this case, it’s recommended to send them a password reset link or manually reset their password to help them gain access.
